The Philippe de Jorna silverware
is a french enterprise manufacturing decorative silver
plated articles for the table. Established in 1995 by Philippe de Jorna
at Sourdeval, in La Manche, near Mont Saint Michel (France). When the enterprise
was created are carried out subcontracts for other french silverware manufacturers
such as Barenthal, Guy Degrenne, Orfèvrerie de La Tour. Two years
later Philippe de Jorna created his own range of products and took over
the market as supplier to three and four stars hotel/restaurants and participated
in public tenders. In the Year 2000 the Enterprise moved to Granville (France)
to open a factory Shop/Showroom thus creating premises better adapted
to industrial production. For the last two years the Enterprise has been
successful in foreign markets, notably the United States. This today is
a big challenge for the Philippe de Jorna enterprise because there exists
real potential in the United States, and also in the Middle East, two
areas of activities where French silverware is much appreciated.
